Contract

A signed contract is required when booking an event. No date will be reserved until payment and contract is received.
Deposit
A 50% deposit of the total amount is required in order to secure your date. Be advised that no date will be reserved until a signed contract and deposit have been received. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be given if you are a "no-show" for an appointment. The total is due two weeks before the event.
Cancellation
If for any reason, the client wishes to cancel the booked event or contracted service, the paid deposit will not be refund or transferred. If you are a "no -show" for an appointment the paid deposit will not be refunded.
Delays
If the Client is more than twenty-min late for appointment, the client must re-book.
Airbrush Makeup
The use of an airbrush machine which is a small air-operated device that sprays on water based makeup. Lips & Lashes specializing in beautiful and natural makeup, which allows your skin to breath with a radiant glow, and remains flawless though out your special day. Custom Airbrush and traditional makeup available. Airbrush Makeup recommended for brides. Exquisite flare for covering discoloration, blemishes, scars and tattoos.
Final Payment
The Final balance is due two weeks before service are render. Do to the nature of this business there will be no refunds offered for cancellations re-scheduling or "no-shows".
Trail run
Trail run's are not required when booking an event, but highly recommended. See exactly what you will be getting on your wedding day, the artist will come too where ever you desire to perform hair and makeup service for trail run services.

Bridal Package's
Save time and money when you book Lips & Lashes Bridal package. Don't stress about your dates being booked, your future dates are secure when you book your bridal package.
Indian Brides
Lips & Lashes can be available for your wedding day. Whether it's a single day wedding or a seven day wedding event, let Lips & Lashes come to you and your bridal party.
Travel Fees
Travel fees are included 20 from miles Galleria Location. Every mile therefore after will occur an extra $1.25 per mile. Lips & Lashes Artist is available to travel worldwide. Call for more information
Do you travel outside of the Houston area?
Yes, we travel world wide, our artists are frequently requested to travel to other parts of Texas and out of state. Any Services needed out of state or areas such as Dallas/Fort Worth area. Must have a $650 minimum of services.
Parking
A $10 per artist flat parking fee will be added to the contract for all appointments held at hotels or a venue known to have a parking fee.
Makeup Touch-up Bag
We provide a complimentary makeup touch-up bag with personal-sized lipstick, lip-gloss, blotting paper & powder for you and your bridal party needs.
Complimentary Eyelashes
Band eyelashes are complimentary to all clients receiving makeup service.
Mr. Groom
Book makeup service for your Husband too be He will look make free, after all it's the day you have been waiting on all your life, he should be perfect too!
Payment methods
Lips & Lashes accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit card. Cash is only accepted when paying for last minute services on the day of the appointment. Please contact Lips & Lashes for more details.
Early Mornings
An Early morning fee of $50 per artist will be added for all appointments starting at 6:00 am, 6:30am, 7:00am, or 7:30 am . Any appointments starting at 5:00am or 5:30am will have a $100 early morning fee per artist added to the total.
What hygiene processes do you have in place?
Lips & Lashes observes strict hygiene practices; using hand sanitizers between clients and all lip and mascara products are applied with disposable wands. Artist makeup brushes are sanitized between each client and thoroughly washed each day.
My skin is sensitive
In every case, Lips & Lashes use what is best for your skin's needs. If you are concerned and have known allergies you can discuss your specific needs with Artist over the phone or at the trial.
Do you offer gift certificates?
A gift certificate is a wonderful idea and most women love the idea of being pampered. Lips & Lashes is happy to arrange for a personalized gift certificate to be mailed out to you.
